General shipping info

We ship to most countries worldwide - please add your items to cart and enter your address for a comprehensive rate. Or email info@paleymundy.com with any queries.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are dispatched from England. 

Processing and shipping times

Orders will be sent within 1-2 business days from your product being collected from our atelier.

International shipments

 Please note the customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email info@paleymundy.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Amendments and cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, or for any other modifications please email us promptly. We cannot amend, change or cancel your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.

Lost or damaged shipments

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a safe & secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to liaise with the carrier, however, we are not responsible for packages once they are in transit.

If your order arrives damaged please email info@paleymundy.com within 3 days of receiving, with your order number and photographic evidence.
